
what you will need:
1. 1/2 scoop USN whey protein
2. 1 tsp Peanut butter
3. 1/2 cup strawberries
4. 1/4 cup oats
5. 1 tbsp. oat bran
6. 1 cup skimmed milk
Chuck it all in a blender and mix it up. if need be add a little water.
