It has happened to a few of us, being mugged, and living in South Africa...well it begins to become like hobbie. But to survive a mugging and come out unscathed is another story all together. There are a few things to do in these sort of situations that will determine between life or death.

Bushman's version of Pasta

You will need

Denny's Tomato and Basil cook in pasta sauce

1. Bushman's Dynamite chilli sauce ( add depending how hot you want it to be )

2. Tomato paste or if you want to be fancy then use cherry tomatoes ( 12 )

3. Black ground pepper

4. 1 cup chopped bacon

5. 1 tbsp olive oil

6. ½  bag of penne past

7. 50g mozzarella finely grated

Get a pot on the stove
Pour in the olive oil, let it get hot
Chuck in the bacon, and fry until brown
Chuck in the cherry tomatoes or tomato paste and cook until cherry tomatoes are soft and split open, squash the tomatoes with a spoon.

Make Putta Pap and Krimmel Pap

4 Cups maize meal

3 cups water

2 – 3 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons of butter

 

Boil water add salt and butter.

Add maize meal and let it cook on a very low heat, only stir with large fork after the first 15 min.
