Sandwich for the day

There is nothing better than a sandwich that is packed with all the right nutrients, proteins, carbs, and of course a little of the good fats that keep our hearts healthy and pumping.

rocket leaves
1/2 tbsp. flora pro active low fat butter ( has healthy fats )
2 thin slices of cheese
and top it off with some onion and ground black pepper for extra flavour

note: skip the mayo, it is packed full of the wrong sorts of fats
