Fighting for what is right

Divorce...It should never be the only resort, yes it is understandable that there are cases where matters can’t be resolved, but is that really true, I think we forget that God can do anything. But in todays society it feels like it is the norm, like it is the only way out or the IN THING to do.
How often do men actually decide to fight for their marriages and make a stand, but it seems it is easier to just walk away, take the easy road out. Instead when we should be taking the hard road to prove ourselves as men of God and fight the battle

against divorce.

The easy road and the hard road
As the saying goes anything worth fighting for wont be easy, and that is why giving up is not always an option. Anyone can take the easy road and have a smooth journey but end with less than you know, but we need to have guts and take the hard road filled with bumps and bruises with God.
Its always easier to run away from your problems than it is to face them, admit what you did wrong. Taking the hard road will also build character and perseverance ( Romans 5:3-5 ), making you a better person and a better man than what you were before.

Don’t just think about yourself
It takes a real man to see and to identify his mistakes and to correct them, you want to do it for yourselves and you would want to do it for your family.
If you are the one who has messed up then its time to evaluate yourself and get a grip and fix it, starting by forgiving yourself ( Isaiah 53:4 ) and asking God to help you, you cannot do it in your own strength but only with his. ( Hebrews 11 )

The enemy that is waiting
The devil hates marriages and families he basically hates everything that God loves, and God loves families and marriages, so the devil will do anything in his power to break up families and marriages, by using temptation and anger.
So the question is as men are we going to stand by while the thief in the night tries to steal our families our marriages our children, no....we should man up and fight back, choosing the difficult path with God and he will equip you with the armoury to take it to the enemy.
Nobody said it will be easy, but then again like i mentioned before the things that are most valuable to us never come easy, it takes hard work

And remember the enemy is lurking every where waiting for his opportunity to pounce and destroy.
( 1 Peter 5:8 )
