Power Breakfast

I know, i would like a breakfast that is quick, easy, tasty and packed full of muscle building, bicep popping, ab revealing nutrients all mashed up into a bowl.

Well now its here, now some peoples taste buds are different to others, but personally feel this a excellent healthy meal that anyone could try, and it only takes 5 minutes to make

Ingredients
1 whole egg

1 egg white

½  cup 2% low fat milk

6 almonds

½ cup plain yoghurt

½ cup raw oats

½ cup chopped strawberries

Instructions

Add 1 whole egg and 1 egg white with the ½ cup milk into a bowl and mix it up together. Then take another microwavable bowl and pour the ½ cup oats into that bowl.

Add the egg and milk mixture with the oats and mixed it up, it should have a thick texture to it.

Place the bowl with the egg and milk and oats mixture into the microwave and cook for 2 – 3 minutes, making the sure the egg is cooked in the mixture.

Leave to stand for a few minutes to cool down, during this time you can chop the strawberries, or make some coffee.

Once the mixture has cooled, add the yoghurt, strawberries, and almonds into the egg and oats mixture and presto your power breakfast is complete, if you like to add some extra sweetness to it you can add some honey about a tablespoon worth into the mixture.

Not just are you getting a healthy dose of the right carbs but also a healthy dose of good fats and high biological protein
